1. It's true the glitter is edible! Yes its true our products not only look gorgeous and sparkly but they can all be eaten too!

2. Our products are created in Scotland using the finest quality ingredients specially imported from Belgium and Germany.

3. All products are made in a factory where nuts are used.

4. Chocolate is best stored in a cool, dark place. It is possible to refrigerate our chocolates, and this can sometimes be useful during the warmer summer months. However, if you do choose to put them in the refrigerator we recommend sealing the chocolates in an airtight container, or perhaps a plastic bag, to prevent excessive moisture from damaging the chocolate.Just in case you don’t eat it straight away!

6. All our chocolate is gluten free except our Cookie Disc. However, we cannot guarantee that they are free from traces of lactose and gluten as they are made in an environment where milk and wheat are present.

7. Delivery is made via Royal Mail. UK Standard Delivery takes 2 /5 working and is £2.50. If you are in a hurry Next Day UK Delivery is available at £5.80. We can also delivery out with the UK with European deliveries taking 3 / 8 working days at a cost of £8.00 and 'Rest of the World' deliveries taking 5 / 8 working days (not guaranteed) at a cost of £12.00. 

8. Miss COCO chocolates are made to the highest standards and our mail order service is sent with a smile. However, if anything should go wrong please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to put it right whether it be a refund, a replacement or a personal delivery to get it there on time.

9. On our packaging you may notice a logo consisting of black and white squares. This is a QR code which if scanned by a camera phone with QR software installed will take you directly to our website. If you have an iPhone we recommend the 'Unboxed' app which you can download here.
